Carly Wedge – MD Stirling Management 
Carly has been with Stirling since 2020 where she became the companies leading talent agent working tirelessly making new industry connections and looking after our clients. In 2022 Carly was appointed Managing Director and has taken the company from strength to strength.
Carly was awarded Bolton Business Woman of The Year 2024 for her work with Stirling Management
Carly is a Finalist in the BWIB Awards 2025 Category: Women in Professional Services
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Nathan Wedge – AD Stirling Management 
Nathan has been with Stirling since 2018 where he opened our second school located in Radcliffe before relocating to our new site in Little Lever. Nathan trains both children and adults within the Academy and also works alongside Carly within the agency.
With the teaching under Nathans direction our Adult Classes were awarded Best In Bolton 2024 for Acting Classes.
Nathan is a Finalist for the Man in Business Awards 2025 Category: Outstanding Man of The Year
