Carly Wedge – MD Stirling Management and Lead Actors Agent of our Adult Actors Division 
Carly has been with Stirling since 2020 where she became the companies leading talent agent working tirelessly making new industry connections and looking after our clients. In 2022 Carly was appointed Managing Director and has taken the company from strength to strength.
Carly was awarded ‘Business Woman of The Year 2024’ at the BWIB Awards for her work with Stirling Management.

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Nathan Wedge – AD Stirling Management, Principal of our Academies Stirling and SYP and Actors Agent within both our Adult and Young Performers Divisions.
Nathan has been with Stirling since 2018 where he opened our second school located in Radcliffe before relocating to our new site in Little Lever. Nathan trains both children and adults within the Academy and also works alongside Carly within the agency.
With the teaching under Nathans direction our Adult Classes were awarded ‘Best In Bolton 2024 for Acting Classes.’
Nathan was awarded ‘Outstanding Man of The Year 2025’ at the MIB Awards for his work with Stirling Management.
Nathan is a Spotlight registered actor with both TV and Theatre credits.
Olivia Higham – Lead Actors Agent for our Young Performers Division and London
Olivia first became a tutor of our Academies in 2022 where she soon became an integral member of our team. She introduced our Christmas Productions which have gotten bigger and better each year. Olivia has since relocated to London but her time with Stirling is not over. Olivia now heads our Young Performers Division as part of our actors agency.
